ISOQA Impartiality Principle
ISOQA will perform laboratory activities impartially and be responsible for the impartiality of laboratory all activities and forbidden to get any donation.
ISOQA will fully demonstrate that the all laboratory activities are kept the impartiality.
In addition to ensuring impartiality in all processes involved in laboratory activities and ISOQA will continually to identify risks that affect the impartiality.
The application could be turn down while ISOQA recognize or unable to identify the application that exiting the impartiality risk.
It is forbidden for all member of ISOQA and its related personnel to carry out any activities that may affect impartiality, including activities that may conflict with the judgment’s independence and impartiality of its inspection activities, and in particular, in the design, manufacture, supply, assembly, purchase, own, represent, use or maintain work.
ISOQA requires that all members who may affect the laboratory activities perform their duties objectively and don’t be affected by any commercial, financial or other pressures that impair their impartiality. All ISOQA members are required to sign the “ISOQA Four No Policy” to protect the rights of customers and the fairness of maintaining laboratory activities.
ISOQA does not accept any financial assistance that affects the fairness of laboratory activities.
